Contact enquiries

The form asks for your name, email, project description and optional company and project size. These details are used to respond to your enquiry. Do not include confidential or sensitive information.

If online delivery is unavailable, the form offers an email draft in your own email application. You choose whether to send it. A draft is not a successful form submission.

Delivery and storage

When configured, the website forwards enquiries to a private delivery service operated for this site. The application does not write enquiries to a database or include their contents in application logs. Email and hosting providers may retain messages and technical access logs under their own policies.

Basic abuse prevention

The server temporarily counts requests by network address to limit repeated form submissions. The counter expires after 15 minutes and is held in server memory. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts are enabled by default.

Studio assistant

The assistant uses curated public information. In local Ollama mode, your question, recent conversation context and relevant public excerpts are processed on the studio’s local model server. Document search embeddings are also created locally. No OpenAI requests are made in this mode.

The connection label identifies the active provider. If the owner explicitly switches to OpenAI in future, questions, recent conversation context and public excerpts will be sent to OpenAI, and public documents will be sent for embeddings. That mode uses store:false for generation; provider retention policies still apply.

Conversation history stays in page memory, with no chat database or browser storage. Clear conversation or reload the page to remove it. The application does not log prompts or answers. Hosting or model operators may retain technical logs. Avoid confidential or sensitive information.

Chat request counters stay in server memory for ten minutes. The assistant provides information and cannot send messages, book meetings or take actions.

LinkedIn, GitHub and Medium have their own privacy policies. Share buttons open an external site only when selected; they do not embed social tracking widgets.
